We recently returned from an unforgettable Hawaiian getaway, and we owe it all to our incredible travel agent, Carl at Elevate Travel!  From the moment we reached out with a vague idea of “something luxurious and relaxing in Oahu,” he took our vision and turned it into an expertly curated escape that exceeded every expectation.

Our trip began at the iconic Halekulani Hotel on Waikiki Beach, a place that truly lives up to its reputation. Carl secured us an oceanfront suite with breathtaking sunset views—exactly what we needed to decompress. Every detail, from private airport transfers to spa reservations and dinner at La Mer, was pre-arranged flawlessly. We felt taken care of from the moment we landed.

Then came our stay at the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, where the experience shifted seamlessly into a more tranquil, secluded luxury. Carl booked a suite with a panoramic ocean view and arranged exclusive experiences like a private catamaran cruise and a cultural tour of the nearby historic sites. We even had a beachside dinner one evening, which turned out to be the highlight of our trip—completely orchestrated by Carl.

What stood out most was how personalized everything felt. Every element—from resort selection to the welcome amenities—reflected our preferences and pace. We never once had to worry about logistics or last-minute hiccups; Carl had anticipated our needs before we even thought of them.  And, our desire to have downtime for relaxation everyday was heard and honored by Carl.

We’ve traveled extensively, but this was by far one of the most seamless and luxurious vacations we've ever taken—and that’s entirely thanks to Carl’s expertise, connections, and attentiveness. Highly recommend!

Carl  and Elevate Travel helped develop a 2 week trip to Italy that was amazing!  It was a perfect mix of coast, wineries and unique VIP experiences that we could never had found ourselves.   At each stage we were treated like royalty - clearly he had ensured that happened!
