Carl provided an amazing experience in planning our Honeymoon. He helped us choose the best area and hotels to meet our trip goals, as well as the lifestyle we wanted to experience - some adventure, some relaxation. From the early planning stage, to the flights home, every detail was talked through and mapped out in our itinerary. It really took all the stress out of traveling to know where and when we had plans for the duration of the trip, including flight info, ground transportation, restaurants, activities, shopping, etc. We were met right at the baggage claim when we arrived in Honolulu by the car service Carl arranged. 

The hotels knew right away what we were celebrating, and had complimentary champagne on ice in our rooms. The Four Seasons also knew to upgrade us to a higher floor corner suite for booking with Carl! I would highly recommend Carl as a travel agent, he not only put together a detailed and thoughtful itinerary, but was in constant contact with the hotels to make sure we were taken care of. Carl planned a fantastic week for us aboard a power catamaran in the British Virgin Islands—everything was seamless from start to finish. What truly stood out, though, was his support when our return travel went sideways.

When our flight home was canceled due to winter storms, Carl acted immediately, securing hotels, monitoring options, and ultimately rerouting us through Fort Lauderdale to get us home to Charleston. His responsiveness, calm problem-solving, and attention to detail turned a stressful situation into a manageable one.

Having a travel advisor who shows up when plans change makes all the difference, and Carl absolutely did. We highly recommend him and would happily work with him again.

Carl  and Elevate Travel helped develop a 2 week trip to Italy that was amazing!  It was a perfect mix of coast, wineries and unique VIP experiences that we could never had found ourselves.
